Products purchased through Amazon must be returned according to Amazon’s return policy.

Orders Placed on Our Website
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.
To be approved:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned with all original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Return Shipping Fee
- We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience
- A $5.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank to post the refund
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom items (unless damaged or defective)
- Items returned in used or altered condition
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll resolve the issue quickly at no additional cost to you.
